La présente politique de protection des données explique notre approche en matière de collecte, d’utilisation, de conservation et de sécurisation des données personnelles, conformément aux lois applicables de la République Démocratique du Congo, ainsi qu’aux normes internationales en matière de protection des données lorsqu’elles sont pertinentes.

DIL collects and processes personal data primarily to fulfill its legal and public service duties, including:

  • Tax assessment, audit, and collection,
  • Management of declarations and exemptions,
  • Issuance of tax certificates and fiscal documents,
  • Statistical and administrative reporting,
  • Enhancing user experience and online service functionality.

We never collect data beyond what is strictly necessary for a legitimate and clearly defined purpose.

Depending on the context, the following types of personal data may be collected:

  • Financial and fiscal information (e.g. income, declared assets, deductions),

  • With tax-related partner institutions (e.g. DGI, provincial revenue authorities),

All DIL personnel and third-party contractors are bound by strict confidentiality obligations.

  • Secure servers hosted in compliance with national standards,
  • Access control and identity authentication protocols,
